My Azle water bill doubled this month — what's going on?
Likely a leak, possibly a rate change. Azle did NOT raise base rates this cycle. Doubled usage usually means an unseen leak (toilet flapper, sprinkler valve). City utilities offers a free meter-read review — call (817) 444-2541 ext. 2. If the meter's right and it's still doubled, that's a billing error worth pushing on.
