Parker County sets July 13 public hearing on Thomas Len Estates re-plat in Precinct 1

The Parker County Commissioners' Court will hold a public hearing Monday, July 13, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. on the first floor of the Main Courthouse at One Courthouse Square in Weatherford to consider a re-plat of the Thomas Len Estates subdivision in Precinct 1, according to the county's published notice. The application asks the court to replat Lots 1–3, Block 5 of Thomas Len Estates — located on Neal Road — into two lots, to be known as Lot 1R and Lot 2R, Block 5. The court may consider, discuss and/or act on the request at the hearing.
