Parker County Sheriff dispatch team wins NCT9-1-1 TDD/TTY Award

The Parker County Sheriff's Office dispatch and telecommunications team received the 2025 Telecommunications Device for the Deaf and Teletypewriter Award from the North Central Texas Emergency Communications District. PCSO's TDD/TTY call volume rose more than 400% year-over-year.
